Colle Il Diaccino combines authentic Tuscan architecture with far-reaching views across the Maremma and the sea nearby. Among cypress trees, olive groves and vineyards are two detached houses and four apartments. Each of the six homes can be rented individually and offers its own private retreat.

Whether you travel alone, as a couple, with family or friends, or combine your stay with remote work, choose the home that suits you. Larger groups can reserve the entire estate exclusively, with space for up to 32 guests, shared pool areas and plenty of privacy for everyone.

Our origins

From farmhouse to paradise

A former farmhouse has been transformed into a little paradise. Natural stone, wood and terracotta carry the hill’s history forward, now welcoming guests to six independent homes.

Today the estate has sixteen bedrooms, thirteen bathrooms and 500 square metres of living space on eight thousand square metres of land. Eight shaded parking spaces and additional unshaded spaces are available on the grounds.
